Return & Refund Policy

Infinity E-Commerce (“Relikore”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates www.relikore.com. This Return & Refund Policy governs all return, replacement, and refund requests for products purchased through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Return & Refund Eligibility

Returns and refunds are granted only if one of the following applies:

  • Product arrived damaged

  • Product is defective or not functioning as intended

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Approved return passes inspection

  • Product confirmed lost in transit by courier

  • Order cancelled before dispatch

To qualify:

  • Product must be unused and uninstalled

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, tags, and components included

  • Valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) required

  • Return approved by us before shipment

Requests outside these conditions may be declined.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Not eligible:

  • Used, installed, or altered products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or marked non-returnable products

  • Requests outside the return window

  • Missing accessories or components

  • Claims failing inspection or verification


3. Return Window

  • Return request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery

  • Damage/defect claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence

  • Requests beyond these timeframes are not accepted


4. Return Process

  1. Email support@relikore.com with order number and issue details

  2. Attach photo/video evidence if applicable

  3. Wait for written approval before returning product

Returns without prior approval are rejected.

If approved:

  • Customer arranges return shipping

  • Customer bears full return shipping cost

  • Product must be securely packed

  • We are not liable for loss/damage during return transit


5. Inspection & Approval

All returned items undergo inspection.

Return/refund may be denied if:

  • Product shows use or installation

  • Product damaged due to improper repackaging

  • Packaging/components missing

  • Reported issue not verified

Rejected items are returned at customer expense.


6. Refund Method

  • Refund issued to original payment method

  • COD orders refunded via bank transfer after valid bank details provided

  • Delays due to incorrect bank details are not our responsibility


7. Refund Deductions

Non-refundable charges:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping charges

  • COD handling fees

  • Payment gateway charges

Return-to-Origin (RTO) cases due to refusal, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts: actual shipping and handling costs deducted.


8. Refund Timeline

  • Refund initiated within 5–10 business days after approval

  • Credit time depends on payment provider/bank


9. Order Cancellation

  • Cancelled before dispatch: full refund

  • Cancelled after dispatch: shipping/handling deductions apply

  • Refused deliveries treated as RTO with deductions


10. Return to Origin (RTO)

If order returns due to refusal, incorrect/incomplete address, or customer unavailable:

  • Re-shipping charges must be prepaid for re-dispatch

  • Refund (if requested) subject to shipping/handling deductions


11. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
