4. Shipping Charges

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address details, the shipment will be returned to origin (RTO).

In such cases, re-shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

Refunds for RTO orders, if applicable, will be processed after deducting actual shipping and handling charges.
7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at the time of placing the order.

The Company shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Address modifications after dispatch are not guaranteed.
8. Tracking

9. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
