Return & Refund Policy
Relikore® Lighting
Effective Date: 1 January 2026
Relikore Lighting values product quality and customer satisfaction. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Return
A product is eligible for return or replacement only if:

The item was received in a damaged, defective, or wrong condition

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
-
All original accessories, manuals, and invoice are included
Custom-made items, cut-to-size products, and customized neon signs are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective on arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to improper installation, mishandling, or electrical faults

Products used, installed, or altered after delivery

Clearance or discounted items (if mentioned on product page)

Customized or made-to-order products (unless transit-damaged)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact Relikore Lighting with order ID, photos/videos of the product, and issue description

After verification, return instructions will be provided

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Return shipping must be done as per the method communicated by Relikore.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is damaged or defective:

Clear unboxing video and photos are mandatory

Claims without proof may be rejected

Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed
Relikore reserves the right to inspect the product before approval.
5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after returned product inspection

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds are made to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from Relikore
6. Replacement Policy

Approved replacements are dispatched after verification

Replacement delivery timelines depend on product availability

If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued
7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Customized orders cannot be cancelled after production begins
8. Important Notes

Electrical products must be installed by a qualified technician

Warranty claims are separate from return claims

Relikore Lighting is not responsible for damage caused by voltage fluctuation, incorrect wiring, or water exposure unless product is specified waterproof
